Acceptable Use Policy

Rules governing prohibited and restricted uses of CobraAI.

1. General rule

You may use CobraAI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Acceptable Use Policy and the Terms of Service.

You are responsible for how you use CobraAI and for content you submit or actions you take based on AI-generated outputs.

2. Illegal activity

  • Do not use CobraAI to plan, facilitate, conceal, or materially assist conduct that violates applicable law.
  • Do not use CobraAI to evade lawful access restrictions, sanctions, court orders, regulatory requirements, or identity-verification requirements.

3. Cybersecurity and systems abuse

  • Do not use CobraAI to gain unauthorized access to accounts, computers, networks, devices, or data.
  • Do not use CobraAI to create, deploy, distribute, or operate malware, credential theft, destructive payloads, botnets, ransomware, or other malicious software.
  • Do not use CobraAI to steal authentication secrets, payment information, private data, or access credentials.
  • Good-faith defensive security, authorized testing, education, and analysis must remain within applicable law and the authorization granted by the system owner.

4. Fraud and deception

  • Do not use CobraAI for scams, phishing, payment fraud, identity theft, impersonation intended to deceive, forged evidence, or deceptive commercial activity.
  • Do not use CobraAI to misrepresent AI-generated content as authentic evidence when doing so would deceive or harm another person.

5. Abuse, exploitation, and harassment

  • Do not use CobraAI to exploit, threaten, stalk, harass, or intentionally endanger another person.
  • Do not use CobraAI to create or facilitate sexual exploitation or abuse, including any sexual exploitation involving minors.
  • Do not use CobraAI to publish or obtain private identifying information about another person for abusive or harmful purposes.

6. Dangerous conduct

  • Do not use CobraAI to materially facilitate violent wrongdoing or the creation or use of weapons intended to harm people.
  • Do not use CobraAI to encourage or facilitate dangerous challenges, reckless conduct, or intentional physical harm.
  • Do not use CobraAI to encourage self-harm.

7. Intellectual property and privacy

  • Do not submit content that you do not have the right to use when the submission would violate another person's intellectual-property, confidentiality, privacy, or publicity rights.
  • Do not use CobraAI to unlawfully collect, expose, sell, or misuse personal information.

8. Spam and service abuse

  • Do not use CobraAI to generate or distribute unlawful spam or abusive automated communications.
  • Do not deliberately overload, probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with CobraAI infrastructure except where expressly permitted by applicable law or an authorized security program.
  • Do not attempt to bypass account restrictions, usage limits, billing controls, safety systems, provider restrictions, or access controls.

9. High-impact decisions

Do not rely on CobraAI as the sole decision-maker for decisions that determine another person's eligibility for employment, housing, credit, insurance, education, healthcare, legal rights, or similarly significant opportunities where applicable law requires human review, specific safeguards, or prohibits that use.

10. Enforcement

CobraAI may block requests, restrict features, suspend accounts, preserve relevant security records, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce this Policy, protect users or third parties, address fraud or security threats, or comply with law.

Serious violations may result in immediate action.
