Billing & Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, CobraAI prices are presented in United States dollars.

The final amount displayed at Dodo Payments checkout may include applicable taxes or other amounts required for the transaction.

Dodo Payments acts as Merchant of Record for paid CobraAI transactions and handles applicable transaction tax calculation, collection, and remittance within the scope of its Merchant of Record service.

CobraAI Pro currently costs $15.00 per month before any applicable taxes.

CobraAI Pro is a recurring monthly subscription and automatically renews until canceled.

When you purchase CobraAI Pro through Dodo Payments checkout, Dodo Payments acts as Merchant of Record, while CobraAI supplies and operates the service.

By completing the purchase, you authorize Dodo Payments to process the applicable recurring subscription amount and any applicable taxes shown at checkout using your selected payment method.

Each successfully paid eligible CobraAI Pro billing cycle grants $15.00 of included AI usage.

Included usage does not roll over. On each successfully paid eligible monthly renewal, the included usage balance resets to exactly $15.00 rather than adding $15.00 to any unused included balance.

The number and length of AI requests that $15.00 supports varies because provider and model costs vary by request.

Eligible active CobraAI Pro subscribers may purchase additional AI usage.

The minimum extra-usage purchase is $5.00.

Extra usage may be purchased only while the account has an eligible active Pro subscription and the subscription is not scheduled for cancellation.

Extra usage is a service balance. It is not a bank account, stored-value payment instrument, cryptocurrency, cash equivalent, or investment and does not earn interest.

CobraAI deducts settled AI-provider usage from the included monthly usage balance first.

After the included balance reaches zero, eligible requests are deducted from purchased extra usage.

Provider cost may be calculated from provider-reported usage or a configured cost estimate appropriate to the provider and feature.

Provider pricing can change. CobraAI may update usage rates when provider costs, models, or routing change.

When an eligible paid account has no remaining included or extra AI usage, CobraAI may block additional paid AI requests until additional eligible usage becomes available.

CobraAI may offer a way to purchase extra usage where the account remains eligible to do so.

You may cancel CobraAI Pro using Subscription Management or the Dodo Payments Customer Portal made available by CobraAI.

When cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid billing period, Pro access generally remains available through the end of that period.

Scheduling cancellation disables new extra-usage purchases.

Canceling a subscription prevents applicable future renewals but does not by itself guarantee a refund of an already completed transaction.

Unused purchased extra usage is preserved when a Pro subscription is canceled, but it is not available for use while the account lacks an eligible active Pro subscription.

If the user later restores an eligible Pro subscription on the same CobraAI account, the preserved extra-usage balance becomes available again.

Deleting the CobraAI account or termination for serious policy violations may result in forfeiture of unused balances except where applicable law or an applicable refund requires otherwise.

CobraAI does not independently promise refunds for canceled subscriptions, unused subscription time, unused included usage, or unused extra usage.

Dodo Payments processes refunds and payment adjustments for Dodo Payments transactions as Merchant of Record. Refund eligibility remains subject to this Policy, the applicable Dodo Payments terms, and mandatory rights provided by applicable law.

Refund eligibility may also be affected by mandatory withdrawal, cooling-off, consumer-protection, or other rights that apply under local law.

Nothing in this Policy limits a mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

If a payment is refunded, reversed, disputed, or charged back, CobraAI may remove, suspend, or adjust the subscription access or usage balance associated with that transaction.

CobraAI may preserve records reasonably necessary to reconcile the transaction, investigate fraud or abuse, resolve a dispute, or comply with legal or accounting obligations.

A refund or reversal of an extra-usage purchase may result in the corresponding unused balance being removed. If value from the refunded purchase has already been consumed, CobraAI may make a reasonable account adjustment consistent with the transaction outcome and applicable law.

If a subscription payment fails or becomes past due, Dodo Payments may retry payment through its payment-recovery flow and CobraAI may limit billing functionality, disable extra-usage purchasing, or eventually downgrade or suspend paid access.

CobraAI may temporarily continue certain Pro access while a subscription is in a supported payment-retry or grace state.

Temporary access during a payment-retry or grace period does not mean that an unpaid transaction has been successfully completed.

CobraAI may change subscription pricing or the terms of future purchases.

Where applicable law requires notice or consent before a recurring subscription price change takes effect, the required process will apply.

A new price will not retroactively change a transaction that was already completed.

CobraAI uses Dodo Payments for paid CobraAI transactions, recurring subscriptions, invoices, and billing-management workflows.

CobraAI supplies and operates the CobraAI service. Dodo Payments acts as Merchant of Record for paid transactions and handles payment collection, billing, applicable transaction taxes, refunds, fraud prevention, and disputes within its service.

Dodo Payments may process personal, payment, billing, transaction, device, tax, and fraud-prevention information needed to complete, secure, and administer a transaction.

Historical records from a former billing provider may be retained where reasonably necessary for migration, accounting, dispute, fraud-prevention, or legal obligations.
